TMA Nordic is not about assessments. We are also not about systematic competency profiling or about ongoing development of people and organization. The TMA Method is not about lifelong learning. It’s also not about tools for leadership or management. Or retention of the staff. It’s not about teaming. Or do we facilitate the talent pool or are we a tool for the continuous growth of people. Neither does TMA Nordic empower employer branding, right placement and succession planning.
The TMA Method and TMA Nordic is the accumulation of all the above. The question is where would an organisation likes to start based on their short and long term needs and challenges.
The goal and purpose of Integral Talent Management by The TMA Method is to increase business performance and maximise ROI by empowering the organization to autonomously facilitate people and organization. Always.
Yes, TMA is GDPR Compliant. TMA is in possession of an ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certification, which means that TMA is periodically checked to ensure that it also applies the guidelines in the correct manner according to the given 2 standards. During these audits, organizational and technical security measures established by TMA are checked and tested for their implementation.
Who can use the TMA Method?
All organisations with a need to develop people should use the TMA Method. This can be companies, but also governmental-, non profit- or educational organisations. Let us explain.
Your natural behaviour doesn’t change significantly over time (look at it like a photo, you will change over time, but you can still recognize yourself). The TMA Method can place you in different types of context. Maybe you are student, and like to know more about your talents? Or you are looking for a job and like to know which jobs match your natural talents? Or you are spearheading a governmental project to increase employability? Or you are just ready for a career change? The TMA Method aligns the individual with the context life provides you.
No! The TMA Method is not a replacement for the HR department. In fact, HR gets a great tool in their hands to add significant value to the performance of the organization. Together with our Certified Partner, HR translates the value, mission and strategy of the organisation into tangible competency profiles and HR cycles. Besides being able to support management and the employees, HR can use the Talent pool to quickly and effectively manage the Virtual Bench, manage all job profiles systematically, manage Personal Development Plans, utilize employer branding etc. Would you like to spar with us, how you can use the TMA Method in your organisation? We are happy to help!
